he Pomes family has been active in the oil sector as an extra virgin olive oil producer since 1902. Hence we represent the fourth generation which commits to enhance Ostuni's territory with both passion and dedication by producing superior quality oils.In 2021, during a family dinner, lifelongfriends Angelo Alfonso Pomes and LuigiDe VIta Tucci, decided to develop theproject Olio Pomes. The objective is todescribe, through a range of products,that not any Evo Oil is the same, but mostespecially that using the correct oil willallow an already excellent dish to reachunprecedented levels. Moreover it isasserted that the olives utilized for the production of the oils are rigorously extracted in Puglia, to maintain a solid relationship between the territory and the rm which has been operating on it for the last 120 years.The dream they aspire to, is to nd attached to the wine menu, a menu entirely dedicated to oils when going to a restaurant, followed by an explanation of the oil utilized in each dish, so as to enrich each experience.
